Marketing Business Analyst (Lifestyle)

We are looking for an analytical and fast learning individual that is passionate about the e-commerce industry, in particular within the Lifestyle Category- Home& Living and Electronics. In this role, you will be analysing, planning and strategizing marketing initiatives, using Looker/Mixpanel/Data Studio to provide business, customer & sales trend insights. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure. 

Responsibilities

• Creating dashboards and analytical tools for commercial and marketing analytics.
• Lead & coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects.
• Manage & prepare reports and analysis on sales and campaign performance weekly and quarterly.
• Use a data-driven approach to identify performance gaps and come up with  recommendations to drive sales performance.
• Part of the project team to plan and execute key strategic marketing initiatives to drive Lifestyle category growth on Zalora.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-5 years working experience preferably with a Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in the e-commerce industry with e-commerce background and understanding commercial and marketing strategies in the lifestyle e-commerce industry. 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with different departments and/or functions.
• Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured and fast paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset.
• Experience studying and/or working abroad is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional time-management skills in terms of prioritizing business priorities.
